..START PADDLING..Another reason to feel free from work-load..SPORT'S TIME..Hehehe..Yippie..So, try to guess what's our next weekly sport's lifestyle was?? CHECKLIST: We've done football-ing.. Erm..We've done with hiking as well..We've also DEFINITELY done with netball-ing..which we've won fair and square last week..Emm..What else that we haven't tried out yet?? Hehehe.. Riding a bike?? CORRECT-TO-JAN..Hehehe..This week's sport was riding a bike..Man~ Honestly, it has been quite a while I didn't rode a bike.. The last time I really rode my bike was when I was 6 years old where I used to play it with a three-wheeled bike..LAME~ Hahahahha..Anywhoo~ The cycling took place right after our de-briefing session..Wore the helmet as one of our safety gear and started to queue up our bike behind the exploratrium building..Hehehe..Man~ I can't wait to start paddling my bike..Hehehe..Well, before we started, a little briefing on what to do and what not to do while riding the bike was done by Roslan.. For this week's sport, we've also got the chance to use the hand signal while riding the bike on the road..Hehehe..Kewl..Well, we took the route from OGDC to SCOT and from SCOT, we then cycled towards the billionth barrel..Took a few minutes to rest and started cycling back to OGDC through the main road..Man~ Our butts were like..Ouch~~ Dang~ Hehehe..Anywhoo~ While we're heading back to OGDC, I accidentally fell off the bike SERIOUSLY..Hahaha..No bruises though except for a little ache on the knee cap..But everything was cool..Nothing to worry about..Hehehe..
..KICK HOMBRE..Man~ What a sport..It really builds up our muscle especially on the biceps but OBVIOUSLY not on the buttock's part..It really soars especially when you've got to sit on the bike for more than 30 minutes..Dang~ Hehee..Anywhoo~This week's sport doesn't just stop right there..The guys then continued it with the game of street soccer.. Took some pictures of the guys.. But regretly didn't got the chance to take a picture when one of our guys fell into the puddles of water..Hehehe..
..ENOUGH..The day is getting darker and in the end, the guys finally have to take the penalty round..Man~ Enough is enough..Hahahaha.. It was a really fun day though..What's important us the most, we've done our part to get our lifestyle as healthy as possible..Right~ Hahahahha..
P/S: One thing for sure if you were gotta use the OGDC's bike, I'm sure you're gonna get your butt EXTREMELY soars..Hahahahha..
