WORK: Trained To Be A Life Saver

Fire Extinguisher.Smoke House.Heart Start

Blood dripping..Legs cramping..Kids complaining of mosquitos bites..Urgh~ INJURIES ARE ALL AROUND US...Wargh~ No matter what you do, it seems that injuries will always be there around you..Especially in our CAMPS..Uhmm~ And the worst of all, we didn't even know on how to "entertain" for all of these injuries..BAD LUCK..Thus, earlier this year, we were asked by our "BOSS" on what are the courses that we want to attend for this year..So we raised this issue to him and GUESS WHAT?? Wuhuu~ We're going to attend the FIRST AID course!! Infact, instead of just going for the first aid course, we will be also under going a fire fighting course at BOMBA Shell Station..FIREMAN~ Hahaha..Anywhoo~ That "REQUESTS" happened about a week ago..NOW, it has became reality..FYI, yesterday, was the day for us..The day where we've been trained to be fully equipped with FIRST AID & FIRE FIGHTING knowledges..It was a very long tiring day..Anywhoo~ We were asked to come to BOMBA Shell Station around 7 in the morning BUT..a little did came early and SOME came a bit later than they were supposed to come..While waiting for the others, we took the chance to take some photos with their trucks as well as trying their weighing scale..Without wasting any time, they thenstarted off the fire fighting course with a "LITTLE" bit of "TORCHERING" exercises..The exercises involves with running, sit-ups, push-ups and several other exercises..Man~ It was very tiring..BUT, we did able to finish all of the exercises and thank god, NO INJURIES occured..Hahaha..

Anywhoo~ We were then asked to take some refreshment..After our refreshment, we then been took to the conference room for a presentation about the types of fire hydrants as well as the types of fires..Soon after the presentation was done, we were then asked to wear a fireman's jacket..THIS IS WHERE ALL THE FUNS BEGIN..The SMOKE HOUSE..Hahaha..A smoke house is where a house that was filled with smoke..HUH??? Hahaha.. Anywhoo~ While waiting for the house to be filled with smokes, we were then been given a briefing about what should we do if we ever encountered this type of situation..Cool~ After they were done with FILLING in the smokes inside the house, then we were asked to go into the smoke house while holding each others shoulders..Hehehe..FYI, only SMOKE will be in that house..NO LIGHTS NO NOTHING..Except for a little tiny lizard..Hehehe...As we entered, it was totally dark!! It was like entering the house of puzzles..It could holes infront of you and even a rolling stairs..It was FUN!! Lurve to do it for the second time..Anywhoo~ Someone did get lost inside the house though.. Quite puzzling.. Hahaha..Then we were trained on how to use the fire hydrant.. Cool~ We've got the chance to smoke out the fire.. Hahaha..Soon after that, we're DONE with the fire fighting course..!! Haha..It took us half-a-day to complete the course..NEXT, it would the FIRST AID course which it will be held in a one and half-hour time in Electrical Room at HLD..Took the chance to drop by SupaSave to buy some stuff and went home to change my smelly attires..Hehehe..As the clock reaches one, I then went back to OGDC and went to the HLD with Liza..We were the first to arrive there and took the chance to look around..We did met with Aiman and Asmin though..The course then start off with a presentation about first aid..Then we were trained on how to save people's life by using a DUMMY..Man~ Its the "KISS OF LIFE"..The kiss which I've used it on a dummy..Hahaha..Anywhoo~ It didn't work very well for me though as there was a "FAILURE" the dummy's throat..Hahaha..The First Aid course ended around 4++ and WUHUU~ We've been trained!!! Hahaha..No more calling our senior staff, EXCEPT for major injuries..Hahahha..It was so fun.. Thought it was going to be boring for the whole day!! Well..Its time to enjoy ourselves...

P/S: After the first aid course, we continued with some exercises at BOMBA Shell Station..Damn~ It hurts..LEVEL 3 yo~ Hahaha..Only the extreme could do it..
