DISASTER: Albert's First Known Car Accident

Thought it was just going to be a normal day yesterday where people enjoying their weekend by visiting the Exhibition Hall while their kids following the Kids N Science activities at the Exploratrium..But it turns out the other way around..The beautiful colored day has turned out black and white for all of us..Right~ Anywhoo~ It was like nearly 2pm at that time..We were kinda ushering the kids to their sits in the class room.. FYI, this time the number of kids were off our chart..The number of kids joining the activity was supposed to be 20 participants BUT surprisingly..a total number of 37 kids had joined the activity..So we were like running out of space but not to worries.. All are ok.. hehehe..

So back to the story.. While I am outside the corridor, one of the maintenance guy asked me the Roslan's whereabout.. Curiosity makes me wonder..Then I was surprised when they told Roslan, ALBERT had a car accident near the junction..So we then went straight to Albert..But UNSURPRISINGLY, he was in a good condition..Only his car, went straight into one of the "LONGKANG"..

FuYoo~Well, he was kinda PANIC at last minute as I was informed by him.. Well, people do a mistake.. But nobody were injured..Only HE will be PUNISHED by the PUNISHER back at his HOME..You know who..

P/S: For those who are driving recklessly, please wear your seatbelt like Albert do.. Hehehehe..

LEISURE: "Batik" Cake & Banana Fritters

It has been a couple of weeks already the month of Syawal left us and it was a great month for all of us celebrating Eid Mubarak..Well, I missed all of the traditional cakes and food during that month..Especially "Batik" cake, its very hard to find this year..Anywhoo~ As I arrived at OGDC this morning, Fizah, the "Britney Supiah of Brunei", told me she has brought a special stuff from home for us to eat..Wuhuu~ FOOD...There are two containers in her green bag..So I opened the first container which contained banana fritters (my favourite of course).. and when I opened the second container, wuhuu~"Batik" cake.. YUMMY...

But the "Batik" cake looks different, which makes me want to try and eat it..On top of the cake, sesame seeds were used as the topping, which is quite unique..A normal "Batik" cake usually dont use any sesame seeds..Well...I "GRAB" some of it on a plate as well as the banana fritters before everyone else does..Wuhuu~

P/S: The "Batik" cake taste nicer when it has sesame seeds on top of it..

Awww~ Look at Zulhimi's happy face..Why is that?? Well, after years of waiting for a job in BSP company, finally he did it... Wuhuu~ The SCM department in BSP Company Sdn Bhd would be very lucky to get him, Zulhimi Emran..I was so damn happy when he told me early this morning he already got the job..Lucky him..It was yesterday SCM told him over the phone that he got the job..Well, wish him all the BEST and may his upcoming salary become higher and higher and higher..Hehe..

P/S: Wuhuu~ Lots and lots of my friend already become the BSP-ians.. I wonder when will I be.. NOT~ there's no position for my graphic design field in BSP..

LIFE: Solemnization For Life

Man + Woman = A Forever Knot

Nowadays, people are getting into November for their wedding day..Emm..Weird...I've got a lots of invitations during this month..Well.. Anywhoo~yesterday, I took a half day working day and went straight home around 11.30am..After refreshing myself with showers and wearing a Malay traditional clothing, I then drove to Danau to the groom's house, Jasni.. At first I thought there might be lots and lots of people would be coming..But as I arrived there, it was like kukoo~ not much people turns out..

Doesn't matter though, I then been warmly greeted by the family members and ushered to where I was supposed to sit..I was also been given a gift from one of the family member as a token for coming on that day..Lucky for us, the day was very windy..While waiting, I enjoy my view watching for people that I might knew..Only 1 that I can spotted of..my primary school's teacher..hehe..Other than that, STRANGER~ There's a one whole bus though waiting for the family members to bring in dowry (hantaran) into the bus.. An hour passes by, finally they started the event, "Doa" was read by one of the old peep. As the "Doa" was finished read by the old peep, invited guests were then asked to start eating the served food on the table..Old village food style were served on a long trestle table under a camp..Winds were still blowing which gives us the mood to eat the food slowly..

Served food are almost finished, bottle of drinks were "stolen" by one of the youngster..Then the groom came out from his nesting and was ushered by the old peeps into his brand new car, Mitsubishi Lancer.. WoO~..Then they depart from Danau around 3 followed by the groom's family member in the bus..

I went straight home after that taking my rest after a long tired drive to Danau..Then around 6 pm, I've decided to go to Bandar to meet the bride..Wuhuu~ its been a while i didn't see the bride.. Well.. as I arrived at Lambak, thought there were a lots of people but actually, they have already finished with the solemnization..So, the leftovers are the family from the bride's side..So I was then went straight to Kak Yoi while congratulating her on her wedding day.. She showed me her wedding ring which was all covered with powder..FYI, she was just finished with the "Berbedak" ceremony..Emm..

Not for long after I was ushered to eat some food, I then went back to Kak Yoi to see her dowry..Beautiful and expensive things were given to her..Another advantages for ladies out there if you are getting married.. They also bought a Da Vinci's bedroom set..Cost them around B$4000 plus..WoOo~ Damn~

Here comes the Da Vinci's which cost them a lot..Hope they are enjoying their life with this EXCLUSIVE BED OF THEM.. I wonder how does it looks like in ten years time

Anywhoo..After the chit chat, then I left the bride's house around 9 in the evening..

LEISURE: Japanese VIP Room @ Excapade Restaurant

A couple of owls?? Never realized it till yesterday though..It was like a dozen of times I've been to the Excapade but I dont remember to see the owls in th VIP room's entrance..Well.. Anywhoo.. After celebrating Maria's birthday surprise at the Conference Room, which was a successful surprise for her, Iskandar then brought a few of us to the Excapade..ME: "Where's my birthday cake??"..Still waiting for it..Har Har..Anywhoo.. Back to the story..At first, we thought the table hasn't been booked by Iskandar, so I called Excapade but unfortunately, there was no table during that time..A few minutes later he came and we informed him about the table.. Fortunately, by using his power, he was able to book a VIP room instead of a normal table.. How surprising?? Emm..

Thus, we arrived at Excapade around 6pm in the afternoon and straight into the VIP room..Mugs, Plates and etc were arranged in proper order.. Anywhoo~ This was my second time.. Its been months I didn't entered this VIP room...So we ordered the sushis as well as our drinks..While waiting, I prepared my WASABI..Loved it when my plate is full of WASABI..

Well..we start eating as soon as we orders arrived and it was so YUMMY.. People keeps on coming in but unfortunately for them, Excapade was VERY.. as in VERY VERY full at that time.. I've overheard them saying, the next vacant table would be around 8pm..But time doesn't prevent them from eating at Excapade, so they just booked the time.. We leave the Excapade with our full tummy around 8, I think..

P/S: Two consecutive days eating at Excapade..Cool..Budget planning for us, bankruptcy for the BIG BOSS..

Not much people remembered my birthday though.. Pity me.. But no worries, I will just PRETEND that people around me remembered my birthday..Anywhoo..The previous day, Roslan intended to go for sushi but the famous place was fully booked..Thus, he asked me to book for a place of 5 to 6 peeps for the next day..which is my birthday..I didn't told him about my birthday..Well, I after I've booked the table for us..Then, around 10 pm, I remembered something, I did booked a table for tomorrow around 7pm..BUT I didn't mentioned we want it to be done by 9pm.. Damn~ So i called Excapade again by 10pm and confirmed the booking..

On the next day...which is today..

Again, I have to call Excapade Restaurant because Roslan just realized the time that we have booked was too late for some of the people so he decided to do it early...So I called again and lucky for us they have THAT specific time for us.. Wuhuu~ So we go to Excapade later that afternoon around 6pm..People still doesn't realized that day was my birthday.. So I will just PRETEND that eating at Excapade was my present..Zair, Nizam, Roslan, Albert, Tessa and me arrived at the restaurant around 6pm..We go to our table and we ordered some food..While waiting for the ordered food, we take some food from the train.. So we eat lots and lots of food until we are full with raw food..

We relaxed ourselves first while waiting for Albert to finish the last piece...Then we're off from Excapade bringing out our big tummy from the restaurant..

LIFE: The Birth Of A Designer

It has been written in the God's book for a child to be born on the 21st November 1983, which is around 9.00 pm (I've forgotten the exact time I was born).. Anywhoo, old peep always mentioned to me that, if a child was born in the morning, he/she will become a diligent type of person. And if that child was born in the evening, the child will become indolent type of person..How lucky am I to be a diligent.. Tick..Tock..Tick..Tock..Few more hours left before my bussday EXPIRED..Wuhuu~ Still..Only a number of my peeps knew my birthday.. I guess when they saw this blog of mine, they would message in a jiffy.. Right~..Anywhoo..

That's life when you have to work all day long to get your job done in time. HARD WORKING is the key word..After several days of working on my artworks, now its finally completed. But more to come though..Lots and lots of work will be handed over to me..Soon..Tough work to do but in order for me to succeed, I'll have to bear it..People could call me idiot for working that hard, but DUH~ its still my call.. If you don't work hard, you won't be able to succeed..But sometimes, I'm totally BLANK..No Idea.. No Creativity..Damn~ Currently I'm trying as hard as I could to get the job done. So to all of my bosses...NO WORRIES..I'll do my best..

LEISURE: Lamb Chop @ Moi Nam Restaurant

Hunger..Famished..Food.. FOOD~ That's what we want during that time..Craving for carbs that could fill in our stomach..Emm.. ME: Thinking of going to Bandar though..Not likely..Too damn tired with all of the works given to moa~..Thus we decided to go to one of the restaurant in KB..MOI NAM..Wuhuu~ its been a while I didn't go there.. Well.. Anywho, back to my experience..We arrived there around 5 plus to 6.. I didn't remembered the time we arrived though though..As we arrived at Moi Nam, lucky for us the place were NOT FULL..yet.. Wuhuu~ we choose the MOST comfortable chair facing the windows..Just loved the dim lights as well as the environment..A one-month year old waitress came to us with a menu..Well...I ordered a lamb chop as well as coke..FYI, i rarely ordered any lamb chops from any of the restaurant.. In fact, I think this is my first time.. Well.. just wanna give a try..Its a heavy food..anywhoo.. while waiting for our orders to come, we watch the television while discussing about something, which I also forgot..

Finally the food arrived, one by one..It looks so good..Especially with the Black Pepper sauce used as the topping for my lamb chop..The lamb was soft enough for me to cut it into half with my knife..

Well.. after we finished with our food, we just relax ourselves while watching the television.. We stayed there till 7 pm.. Still, not many people came during that time.. No worries.. We are done anyway with the food..

P/S: Yummy lamb chop.. Next time, I will order for the lamb chop..And one more thing, I apologize..Not much picture were taken during that time.. Busy with the LAMBS.. Hehe..

MOVIE: Harry Potter The Order of the Phoenix

Wow..After a couple months waiting for a better copy of Harry Potter: The Order of Phoenix, finally, I've found it in one of the DVD's store in Belait..Five dollar ONLY..and it is very clear..I've watched it last night and was VERY HAPPY about it..I've never missed from watching the Harry Potter saga ever since Harry Potter was a kid. I just love MAGIC in life.. Wish it was a true story though.. This is the FIFTH Harry Potter's story that I've bought for myself..Hehe..To be honest, almost all of the Harry Potter's movie are the BEST but the VERY BEST of it was when they are using their MAGIC.. Cool..

P/S: I wonder how the story will ENDS..Emm

GADGET: External IDE Hard Disk

Wuhuu~ Finally, I've bought an 80 gig external hard disk.. After months of waiting and craving for the hard disk, now I can bring all of my work stuff back at home.. Hehehe.. I've been searching for the right one and now I've found it.. Black and elegant.. Cool.. Anywhoo~ on the day I've bought, I've transfer all of my work stuff into the brand new hard disk of mine.. I was sooo happy back then.. But the happiness doesn't stay that long.. Three days ago, something happened to my hard disk.. I can't opened it.. Damn~ ITS CORRUPTED.. What the @#$~??? Shoot.. I've asked my friend to help me out, but he can't, he said the only way is to format my hard disk.. NO WAY!..I've tried my best to retrieve my files by searching into the web portal..FINALLY, I've found a free and reliable application to retrieve almost of the corrupted files.. UNFORTUNATELY, there are some of the files that I can't retrieved.. Damn~ But its okay.. This will be my first experience.. As my tutor always told me before, "Always backup your files.." - Sir Emmanuel from AAC as well as Mr Chong Nai Voo from MKJB...

P/S: Now, the external hard disk is working properly...Thank god, I've found the software to retrieve the corrupted files..
